As for it being "fascism," not at all. That's just a convenient word by which you are expressing your dismay. It is not, however, evidence that you have given the matter any thought. Quite the opposite, in fact.

DC Metro cops will "harass" or "intimidate" any person that ain't a suit going to or from a goobermint office building. Not like this screamer was standing around with a pro kerry or bush sign screaming at folks passing by 'n such..... 3 things these days that'll get ya tried and dried in a public forum is a cell phone, a SUV or a so called assault weapon. After all this was a metro subway and we all know we go there to sleep and raise children , listen to gregorian chant's etc etc ....
