Histrionics? Perhaps taking the same mindset to its logical conclusion. She wasn't arrested for talking too loudly. Had the Me-ocrat suddenly learned that other people have rights, too, she would have said, "Gee, I didn't realize I was infringing on other people's rights. I'll try to do better. Thank you for informing me, Officer," and she wouldn't have been arrested.

That was the point of my original post. She wasn't violating the rights of others, per the USSC rulings that I found. Persons have the right to be obnoxious, loud, buffoons. She was rude, to be sure, but it certainly wasn't a crime. Most people would have said.."sorry, I'll keep it down." The fact that she didn't is telling of her character, but it is not a crime either.
