Angelos has plenty of money, my guess is that he becomes the "heir apparant" for commissioner when Selig retires.
Oh, there isn't a prayer of Angelos being commish; he doesn't fit in at all. The rest of the owners are Republicans, basically, he's a Democrat, etc.
Basically they're biding time till George W. Bush is commissioner.
