Can you imagine Rather and Mapes spending a couple years in a Texas prison? It would be like David Crosby in prison, but without the prison rock band. (Maybe Rather can have the same "VIP cell" where Crosby stayed.)

I really doubt if anyone does time. The important thing it
to find who made the memos and how much collusion was involved
in their manufacture and distribution.
Maybe if they issue a warrant for Rather...he will be afraid to come back to the state.
