Halliburton is a diversion, The real problem dums have is the Oil For Food Program at the U.N. skerry never mentions the U.N., now we know why. Interestingly John McCains name again shows up on a questionable donors list. (Keating 5)

Yet Brian Lamb on Cspan highlighted this very article this morning citing it (basically) as proof that the Oil for Food corruption scandal included this guy from Texas whose contributions to Democrats were NOT highlighted but his connection and others' connections to the OIL BUSINESS (and there by association with President Bush - Texas - Oil - Link).

Oscar Wyatt and others in the part of the article Brian Lamb read seemed clearly to be linked to President (Oil company President and friends with other in oil business) Bush - ZERO MENTION BY LAMB OR IN THAT ARTICLE CITED (THOUGH HE DID NOT READ IT ALL) ABOUT DEMOCRATIC PARTY / JOHN MCCAIN - SUPPORT BY WYATT.

It is extremely important that someone try to get the truth out on this oil for food and who was benefitting - DEMOCRATS and DEMOCRAT wannabes like McCain obviously were benefitting from keeping Saddam in power.

McCain has campaigned with the President and then the next day voiced or done something to show where his loyalties truly lie.

His loyalties are NOT to President Bush.

Congressional term limits would reduce the ability of corruption to propegate. It seems that after any congress person serves more than two terms the chances of "partnerships" with corrupt entities and processes are more prevelant. The Keating 5 with McCain is an example of why we should mistrust the motives of any of his actions, regardless of how sparkly clean they may now appear.

Yes it's a perfect example of trying to propagandize by the media. Look at his and his son's donations. All Dums, . If Lamb is trying to say a pro forma donationto the rnc is bush connection forget it, it's the individuals that count.

I agree that these facts look questionable. However, the dems are crooks and there has to be much more persuasive evidence of their criminality.

We'll develop this not by names in public FEC records but by comparing these names to the names of the COMPANIES who got oil vouchers. For example, Mark Rich's Swiss comapany, Glencore (?), seems to have received big bucks from Saddams. And, who is a claose friend of Mark Rich? Hint - he got a presidential pardon from him!

These contribution amounts are minor. They do help in limiting the search names, however. On page 167 of Duelfer's report begins the section on how Saddam financed his corruption. We need to match those names against a donors list like this and the list of those who got pardons from Willie. Political contributions may have been required to get an interview; the big corruption came from other transactions!

Between the three named Wyatt received 74 million barrels of oil vouchers. Maybe that's chump change to you, but even at 25$ a barrel that's 18,500,000. and does the fact that some of Saddamn's bribe money probably went to the Arab american pac bother you?

You miss my point! If Wyatts did get 74 million barrels of oil, their payment was much more than the few bucks they legally gave to the dems. I'd look at the Clinton library as a place where Iraqi oil money could have been laundered for Willie or maybe some front nonprofit that Hillie set up in NYC. Remember, just as Kofi's son takes bribes using his father's influence, Chelsea has reached an age where she needs big bucks to get along.

Again, my point was that dealing with dems, there are crimies involved, not just legal political contributions!

That is my point. Especially the Arab american PAC. They are receiptients of Oil for Food money. Now that we know saddamn was using money to bride and wage political influence. This election is even more important. skerry refuses to address the Oil for food crimes, especially since his donors are involved. What is he telling the French etc etc, if I get elected, the money train starts running again?
