Looking at his record, one could assume that if he were to be elected VP, he's be absent over 75 percent of the time; running for POTUS, no doubt.

Yeah, I reckon he'd use the time to run for
POTUS... Kerry has had prostrate cancer, so
Edwards could always "hope" for a relapse.
