Saddam's out of power, in jail, without any hope of getting WMDs, Iraq is headed toward elections, and a heap of Saddamites (including Uday and Qusay) are dead. Rummy's still in power, traveling freely, part of an administration that is likely to be re-elected. Hmm, who would I rather be?
