In the movie "In Harms Way", A Clintonesque Admiral is afraid that John Waynes character is getting too much ink. Said admiral sends another Clintonoid (with political spirations) to spy on Wayne. Waynes XO gets wind of it and confronts the Clintonoid in the latrine with a series of open handed face slaps. IMHO, the humilation of being slapped like that, coupled with stern and derisive admonishment for whatever offence has been committed (Whining about PC, etc)would go a long way to squelching this type of nonsense if done publically..
