My main problem is that he did not take back the tax break while we were at war. During times of war the country is supposed to help out. Bush is the only president in history to cut taxes while at war.

If that is true, than why does Kerry just want to increase taxes on those who earn more than 200K, yet he promises to give more tax breaks to the middle class? Kerry is promising more tax breaks in time of war. Why doesn't Kerry propose rescinding the whole Bush tax cut?
