Time to raise this death to martyrdom to get out the vote?
NO! An emphatic NO!. Death isn't political, it's personal. I despise Kerry with every bone in my body, but I refuse to drag the death of another into the political arena. Let her sole rest in peace, not as a macabre issue to get our President reelected.
(That said, *IF* she was killed for her ideology, all bets are off and we should let the hounds go.)

The best solution is swift justice for the murderer with a swift execution.....oh forgot this is California...
