How about BM, "Biased Media" or others come to mind

How many people out there read the NYT and WaPo? The wmd story is so convoluted as to be incomprehensible. The WaPo story doesn't sound that negative. I think most people understand we have to pay to fight a war against an elusive enemy. The MSM is desperate. I just hope the GOP has some other salvos.

Um, did we expect the cost to drop to the millions? Perhaps the Washington Post was expecting the troops to work for free?

Well you’re the real tough cookie with the long history
Of breaking little hearts, like the one in me
That’s o.k., lets see how you do it
Put up your dukes, lets get down to it!
Hit me with your best shot!
Why don’t you hit me with your best shot!
Hit me with your best shot!
Fire away!

You come on with a come on, you don’t fight fair
But that’s o.k., see if I care!
Knock me down, it’s all in vain
I’ll get right back on my feet again!

Hit me with your best shot!
Why don’t you hit me with your best shot!
Hit me with your best shot!
Fire away!

NBC Blows a Hole in NY Times Story

The fact that the Slimes has been caught pulling a Rathergate will dominate the news tomorrow (I hope!)

Everything is fine. Panic at this stage is not necessary. If this is the best that the NY Times and the Washington Post has then we should be happy. This is more of the same old diatribe. Bush should bring Karzi in from Afghanistan for a visit before the election to congratulate him on winning the election. What the Bush team needs to do is make some of their own postive news to create a wave crested on Nov 2nd. If they think they are running out the clock again like they seemed to be doing against Gore in 2000 then we can thank Karl Rove for another squeaker and maybe a loss. Right now I'm not alarmed. If I see Zogby showing a Kerry lead then I will begin to worry. Right now it looks like the President is gaining ground overall. Kerry is the mortician, telling people how bad everything is all the time certainly is going to wear thin especially since he delivers it in such an aweful monotone. I saw the contrast between him and Clinton today in Philadelphia and what was very clear is that Kerry is no Bill Clinton. Will Clinton help him? Maybe, but I think you will see more harm than good from him and Gore.

What else can a DESPARATE liberal media do when they are in a panic about the election. After all, THERE IS NO BLUE STAINED DRESS HERE.

You know what...that's a really good strategery.

Well since the weapons cache is missing....(as NBC news reported...when the first troops arrived at that weapons cache..it was already GONE!) we need the extra money to round it up and make that place safe next year. Really this isn't a hit piece the way it is appearing.

It makes really good sense actually.

People have already decided who they are voting for. It is all a matter of them trying to demoralize us, and keep us from going to the polls. It won't work. They have been doing this to Bush for a long time. If it hasn't kept Bush down thus far, I don't think it will now. Also, I think most people are starting to tune out the coverage. It is getting old.

"What the Bush team needs to do is make some of their own positive news to create a wave crested on Nov 2nd."

Pretty much too late for that. I doubt there's positive news that Bush can present that will have an impact in this election, short of parading OBL through the battleground states.

"If they think they are running out the clock again like they seemed to be doing against Gore in 2000 then we can thank Karl Rove for another squeaker and maybe a loss."

That's been my impression since 9/1/04. I thought that the Bush campaign and the RNC would come out strong against Kerry. Instead they've decided to let the discussion be "Kerry vs. Kerry". I hate that strategy, because it has let Kerry remain too close.

I can almost bet that the DNC will pull out one surprise each night until election day. Don't panic it will not work..
Bush will win 12 to 15%.. I will be working hard in NC..

I agree, but there are lots of "red stained" "blue states"!!! hence their panic! :)

Somedays I just feel the need for the balloon to go up and then my better senses come around and tell me there is no way there are enough suckers voting to allow this kerry criminal to ever get near the White House.

God help us if he does though. I will not go down easy.
