The bad economy is a media invention. Unemployment is lower than it was under Clinton. Inflation is lower than it was under Clinton. Household wealth is at an all time high. Productivity is at an all time high.
If Kerry is elected, it will not be because of the economy, but because of what the media has told people about the economy. But, that's how we got Clinton in the first place.
I agree. Compare this to 1996. Bush is always "embattled," "controversial," or whatever. Dole didn't even seem to get a lot of coverage. The Democrat gets an automatic 5 point boost each time from the MSM-sheelpe efffect. this year add another few points due to the Michael Moore brainwash, etc.
I still think this country will NOT elect John Kerry. I am doing my best to move things forward.
Some conservatives are particularly dour types who somehow seem to revel in defeat in a perverse way. I try to stay away from this small minority. Elitism is for Democrats, not Republicans.
