Entertainment by Ricky Skaggs and the Kentucky Thunder. Senator Grassley introduced W. It was great to see Laura and the twins there, also.

The place was packed and rock'in. The weather was lousy with rain and drizzle -- didn't cut the crowd at all. I would estimate close to 15,000 attending. Enthusiasm is high.

Thanks for the photos. I can't believe I live 17 miles from the ranch, photograph for the paper, and have never gotten to see him. bummer. Course, you don't need to have rallys for W in Texas.

Those Sioux City rally pictures are mighty fine. I hope Grassley was as "on fire"
as when I heard him blasting Kerry on radio (live from the Iowa State Fair on
the Tony Snow Show.
