8. 88% of Bush's support came from white voters. In 50 years, America will no longer have a white majority. Hey, 50 years isn't such a long time! If you're ten years old and reading this, your golden years will be truly golden and you will be well cared for in your old age.

Maybe MM should go ahead and slit his wrists, thus reducing the number of white people in the USA by one and thus bringing forth the utopia he envisions that much sooner.

Actually, he sounds almost giddy in this message. I posted yesterday that he stands to gross a billion dollars with bush in office off his bogus films in the next few years, whereas he'd be nowhere if kerry won. I truly think that privately he thinks this is just swell. Protesters need something to protest or the cease to exist. He can soak plenty of cash off his liberal fans because of Bush winning.

The only age group in which the majority voted for Kerry was young adults (Kerry: 54%, Bush: 44%)

I would venture a guess that most in this forum also went through the “idealistic” years, immediately after high school and into college. Once you entered the work force, had children, paid taxes, etc., that red star began to fade. What chubby fails to acknowledge or does not understand is that 54% will shift substantially in years to come and their “we are the world” years become a distant memory. Country is getting older, not younger. Proportionally this number will shrink compared to the whole.

Dear Friends, Dear Idiots,

Ok, it sucks. Really sucks. But before you go and cash it all in, let's, in the words of Monty Python, 'always look on the bright side of life!' There IS some good news from Tuesday's election.

Here are 17 reasons not to slit your wrists:

Here’s one reason to slit your wrists…Fat-ass Moore is your spokesman!

1. It is against the law for George W. Bush to run for president again.

AT THE MOMENT!

2. Bush's victory was the NARROWEST win for a sitting president since Woodrow Wilson in 1916.

STOP BEING A SORELOSER! WE WON, IN SPITE OF RAT VOTER FRAUD!

4. In spite of Bush's win, the majority of Americans still think the country is headed in the wrong direction (56%), think the war wasn't worth fighting (51%), and don't approve of the job George W. Bush is doing (52%). (Note to foreigners: Don't try to figure this one out. It's an American thing, like Pop Tarts.)

Ever hear of the SILENT MAJORITY…dumbass!

5. The Republicans will not have a filibuster-proof 60-seat majority in the Senate. If the Democrats do their job, Bush won't be able to pack the Supreme Court with right-wing ideologues. Did I say "if the Democrats do their job?" Um, maybe better to scratch this one.

Wanna bet we win this…the campaign for 2006 is just around the corner…many moderate DEMS on the line. They will not get in this crossfire.

6. Michigan voted for Kerry! So did the entire Northeast, the birthplace of our democracy. So did 6 of the 8 Great Lakes States. And the whole West Coast! Plus Hawaii. Ok, that's a start. We've got most of the fresh water, all of Broadway, and Mt. St. Helens. We can dehydrate them or bury them in lava. And no more show tunes!

That’s a start...that’s what the losers won the last time…in fact we ADDED two states to our column…loser!!!

12. Admit it: We like the Bush twins and we don't want them to go away.

YUKE!!!! Jen and Barbra now feel like they need a bath when Fatass talks about’em.

14. Bush is now a lame duck president. He will have no greater moment than the one he's having this week. It's all downhill for him from here on out -- and, more significantly, he's just not going to want to do all the hard work that will be expected of him. It'll be like everyone's last month in 12th grade -- you've already made it, so it's party time! Perhaps he'll treat the next four years like a permanent Friday, spending even more time at the ranch or in Kennebunkport. And why shouldn't he? He's already proved his point, avenged his father and kicked our ass.

Hey fatass…the lame Duck is Kerry and Edwards…you and the rest of the media elite aren’t just lame…your worse than lame…you are irrelevant!!

Feeling better? I hope so. As my friend Mort wrote me yesterday, "My Romanian grandfather used to say to me, 'Remember, Morton, this is such a wonderful country -- it doesn't even need a president!'"

Feeling better??? Moore loser talk. We don’t feel better…we feel great and always did!!!

In 2000 only 9% came from non whites. An increase of 3% in 4 years. Multiplied by his 50 years, that`s...37.5%. That means the demon-rats will start getting negative support overall by the year 2068.

17. Finally and most importantly, over 55 million Americans voted for the candidate dubbed "The #1 Liberal in the Senate." That's more than the total number of voters who voted for either Reagan, Bush I, Clinton or Gore. Again, more people voted for Kerry than Reagan. If the media are looking for a trend it should be this -- that so many Americans were, for the first time since Kennedy, willing to vote for an out-and-out liberal.

As usual, Michael Moore is completely wrong. It is fallacious to assume that because the vote total for John Kerry was 55 million, that those people were voting FOR John Kerry. Exit poll data said that only about 57% of those who pulled the Kerry lever were actually FOR Kerry. About 90% of people who pulled the lever for Bush voted FOR Bush. So Moore should only use a vote total FOR Kerry of 0.57*55 million, which is 31.4 million, NOT 55 million. 31.4 million is a pathetically low number, and is more in line with what one would expect for a Massachussetts liberal. Take, however, Bush's 90% FOR rating: 0.9*59 million: still a very high 53.1 million.

People actually voting FOR the candidate:
BUSH: 53.1 million
KERRY: 31.4 million

This is the real story. It was an absolute blow-out of historical proportions when you look at people voting FOR the candidate!

I posted my responses under the first thread posted with the name of Michael Moore's article. I stayed online to voice off and that seem to be the overlooked thread.

17 reasons not to slit your wrists- Micheal Moore

Mike's FIRST response after LOSING the election (it was as much his at it was Kerry's) was to post the "names" of the war dead as compiled by leftists (not all are combat injuries nor were all illnesses/injuries even sustained in Iraq).

Here is an approriate response to Michael Moore's trafficking in death:

1. It is against the law for George W. Bush to run for president again.

1. When did a Democrat ever care about complying with the law?

2. Bush's victory was the NARROWEST win for a sitting president since Woodrow Wilson in 1916.

2. Let's compare to some recent Dem presidents after their first term: Clinton, below 50%; Carter, lost; Johnson knew he would lose, so didn't try. Same goes for Truman.

3. The only age group in which the majority voted for Kerry was young adults (Kerry: 54%, Bush: 44%), proving once again that your parents are always wrong and you should never listen to them.

3. Good one Mike. Now THAT'S the way to win the red states next time.

4. In spite of Bush's win, the majority of Americans still think ...

4. Actually, it's because most Americans THINK that Bush got elected. It's the touchy-feely girly-men that voted for Kerry.

5. The Republicans will not have a filibuster-proof 60-seat majority in the Senate...

5. Keep showing your face, Mike, and we'll get there.

6. Michigan voted for Kerry! So did the entire Northeast, the birthplace of our democracy...

6. The first representative assembly in the New World was held in Jamestown, Virginia, in 1607, making that state the "birthplace of our Democracy". Also, since when do Democrats care about births.

7. Once again we are reminded that the buckeye is a nut, and not just any old nut -- a poisonous nut. A great nation was felled by a poisonous nut. May Ohio State pay dearly this Saturday when it faces Michigan.

7. Are you listening, Ohio? Please remember this in 2008.

8. 88% of Bush's support came from white voters. In 50 years, America will no longer have a white majority....

8. No problem, Mike. Say Hola to President George P. Bush.

9. Gays, thanks to the ballot measures passed on Tuesday, cannot get married in 11 new states. Thank God. Just think of all those wedding gifts we won't have to buy now.

9. I know, Mike, I know. Once again the Supreme Court has handed Bush the presidency. Last time it was the US Supreme Court. This time it was the MASSACHUSETTS Supreme Court. Boo Hoo.

10. Five more African Americans were elected as members of Congress, including the return of Cynthia McKinney of Georgia. It's always good to have more blacks in there fighting for us and doing the job our candidates can't.

10. Ah yes, McKinney. There's someone who'd be even better than you as a spokesperson for the Dems.

11. The CEO of Coors was defeated for Senate in Colorado. Drink up!

11. Better make it Coors Light, Mike.

12. Admit it: We like the Bush twins and we don't want them to go away.

12. And you're probably used to seeing double after all that drinking.

13. At the state legislative level, Democrats picked up...

13. Don't forget the school boards. And dog-catchers. Just what is Dukakis doing these days?

14. Bush is now a lame duck president...

14. You better stop drinking now, Mike. You're getting delusional. Wait, what am I thinking? GETTING???

15. ...it is...likely that either of the following two scenarios will happen: a) ...spend these last four years building "a legacy" so that history will render a kinder verdict on him ... or b) He will become so cocky and arrogant -- and thus, reckless -- that he will commit a blunder of such major proportions that even his own party will have to remove him from office.

15. Well, it would have to be Bush's OWN PARTY to do anything, because you and your party are LOSERS (lift your hand up now, Mike, and make the "L" sign please).

16. ...We only lost by three and a half million! That's not a landslide -- it means we're almost there.

16. I am in shock, Mike. Are you admitting that you lost? What, no conspiracy theories about voting-machine tampering? No black-helicopter, the exit polls were right, hyperbole? Are you feeling okay, Mike?

17. Finally and most importantly, over 55 million Americans voted for the candidate dubbed "The #1 Liberal in the Senate."....

17. Mike, maybe you weren't paying attention. The exit polls showed that a vast majority of people voting for Kerry stated that there vote was more of a vote against Bush. (The converse was not true of most Bush voters). But don't pay any attention to this. Please nominate another liberal, and believe with all your heart that 55 million or more will come out to vote of a liberal.
