That has become SOP with these people -- project fraud onto the right, to divert attention from their own fraud. It's similar to the way blacks racially assault whites, often using racial epithets in the process, and then tell the police that the white called them the "n" word. (Aside from the fact that whites don't get the immunity from the law of being able to get off an assault rap, by claiming a black called THEM a racial epiteht.)
