Belgium's far-right Vlaams Blok was branded racist in a supreme court ruling that will force one of Europe's most successful anti-immigrant parties to relaunch itself.
The supreme court upheld a verdict by a lower court in April that found the party to be guilty of "permanent incitement to segregation and racism".

A sample of what could be in store for us with all the hate crime legislation that has been proposed (and in some cases passed).
Vlaams Blok is the top party in Flanders... and this is one attempt for the socialists to destroy them.
Look at the bright side...the EU had alienated the Poles, the UK and with each successive broad brush alienates others of their so call members...the EU will dissolve from within based on their one-world, no-other-opinion accepted style. Their fate is both pre-destined and well-deserved.
Political correctness has run amock in western Europe. To claim that opposing immigration by people who want to kill the natives is absurd. And chances are, the supporters of Vlaams Blok are merely law-abiding people seeking a degree of public safety.
My thoughts exactly when I read this article. The Demos are already judge shopping to have the Republican party declared illegal under the 14th Amendment, and the election subsequently null and void.
Well the most important question one has to ask is what does that party actually stand for. Then you can get an idea of what the political motivations are.
When can we expect this court to rule Islam as a hate group?
Never.
I think this would have been a very real possibility had Gore been elected in 2000.
No, Islamic hate doesn't count because they are not White and therefore cannot be racist.
