Why should the US send a representative to the funeral of a murderer of not only Israelis but even Americans, some of them even employees of the State Dept. itself?

I dunno... sending such a low level representative is almost a bigger slap than sending nobody...

How about sending the new attorney general to serve warrants on all the filthy criminals bound to show up.

I wouldn't consider him to be "low-level." William Burns has been sent to the region many times during these "peace" intiatives.

Not to mention someone who has skimmed off money given to the Palestinian PEOPLE by the US government?!!!!! Unbelievable. We should be sending an investigator from the US Treasury Dept. instead of someone from the State Dept. Harrrumphhhhhh......

"He should send Bill and Hillary Clinton or no one at all."
That's actually a good idea, but I'm sure Bush doesn't want to give either of them the face time on the news.
Except when Bill was getting the full Monica, or when Arafat was stabbing him in the back, of course. Maybe he should just go as an individual. I'm pretty sure his doctors won't let him.

Just to check and make sure he's really dead. As you might know, the reports are all over the place.
