If China says, "Oh, we think we're going to buy some south American debt this time around..." things could get very ugly very quickly.
My comment about China was about dealing with North Korea.
But you would have have to trace back a couple of posts to see that. (no flame intended...just information.)
China IS crucial for dealing with N. Korea.
