Although the two aren't close buddies...what is he trying to say? That it was ever implied that klinton gave pardons for buddies? Everyone knew that klinton gave pardons for dollars or pardons for Hitlery votes.
I think it was well understood by everyone, including Hitlery's oily, sleazy brother Hugh Rodham that mucho dinero was the way to get a klinton pardon.
