With a little ozone in the house and a particular brand of silver water I use when I feel something coming on, I never get anything that lasts 24 hours. 7 years and counting.

Drinking too much silver can be bad for your health ;)

Plain old hydrogen peroxide is very effective too if one is afraid of silver.
