For $24.95, T-shirtKing.com offers the "Go Canadian" package, full of just the kind of things an American traveler needs to leave their country and its politics behind.

"It's not meant as a slight against the United States or Canada," explained T-shirtKing.com President Bill Broadbent. "It was meant as something Republicans could give their Democrat friends to say 'C'est la vie.' ... But maybe not c'est la vie because that's a French word."

It was meant to be a way to follow in the great tradition of capitalism and line his pockets off of folks willing to buy this crap! LOL

Wearing a Canadian maple leaf is probably the most dangerous thing one can do when in a foreign country. Canada had one of it's citizens killed by Iranians in 2003 and the Iranian government essentially laughed in the face of the Canadian protests because Canada has no way to protect its own citizens even on its own soil let alone in a foreign country.

One might as well advertise a T shirt with "Please rape me and rob me, my government won't do anything about it but recall our ambassador!"
