Sexual Education Belongs in the HOME !!! Not by the Government. The big problem here is that the Government wants to convience you that you, as a parent are not qualified to raise your child.
The reason you are not Qualified according to the Democratic Socialist (Mr. Waxman) is because you will teach them what You want them to know, your Values. The Correct Right from Wrong.
