The diet comprising wine, fish, dark chocolate, fruit, vegetables, almonds and garlic,I love all of those except the almonds.

For as much as I've drank in my life, I've got that part down!!! LOL The chocolate is an ongoing life process. Last night I went to dinner and had the most wonderful cake...About 5 inches thick, in about 10 layers. Each layer was filled with a chocolate mousse type filling, and the top was almost straight chocolate fudge. OMG!!!! YUMMY!!!!
