Former "This Week" host and National Public Radio veteran Cokie Roberts blamed conspiracy filmmaker Michael Moore on Sunday for causing Sen. John Kerry to lose the presidential election.
"I think Michael Moore actually had a very major impact - a negative impact - on the Democratic Party," Roberts told NBC's "Chris Matthews Show."
"I think he exemplified all of the things that people hate about Democrats. And the fact that he was - it was a hate-America-first campaign and that hurts the Democrats every time."
Adding insult to injury, Roberts also contended that Moore's "physical appearance did not help."
Moore's film sold a heck of a lot of tickets.
And a lot seemed to have liked it. That shows that Moore didn't cause the loss....Kerry himself did.

If Kerry would have told Moore to shut up, Moore would have done so even though it would have hurt his fat wallet.

Don't forget that every news story..... day in and day out was colored and slanted by the lefty PRESS against Bush. Don't forget that when you claim that Bush squeaked by over a crappy candidate and that he is not popular. The media cards were stacked every day and every week against Bush. It was RELENTLESS. Don't forget that effect!!!!!

I'm not so sure Moore would have shut up. He has a huge ego.
Now that he's snuggling up to Hillary and her 2008 run, he better back off her if she says to shut up or he may end up in a Park somewhere.
If a conservative talk show host said this, there would be a huge campaign against him/her.
