I get they are trying to improve traffic flow, but I still think it's crap. I have a cell phone, and tow coverage from my insurance company. It irks the crap out of me that I would have to pay $75 for a service I am paying $4 a month for now.

GRRRRRR!!!!

A how quickly would that tow truck get there. How many people will actually get the vehicle towed anyway rather than just dicking around with it for hours or waiting until one of their friends comes to help them. During this time, traffic will be backed up for miles and costing thousands of people time that they will never get back.

But your disabled car is costing other people far more than $75 in frustration, delay, and increased risk of accidents.
