More evidence of Democrat Voter fraud in Washington State (Seattle Precinct 1823)
Sound Politics ^

Posted on 01/01/2005 8:12:20 PM PST by Nascardude

Seattle's Precinct 1823 counted 343 ballots, which is 71 more ballots than the 272 voters who cast them. This is the single largest discrepancy between ballots and voters in all of King County. Nearly all of the discrepancy is due to "provisional ballots".

I earlier reported on the notorious Precinct 1823, where hundreds of voters are registered with a residence address of 500 4th Ave, the King County Administration Building, Some of these are homeless individuals, who are entitled by statute to register at government buildings. But other "residents" of the county office building are listed on the property tax rolls as owning homes elsewhere in King County, and therefore illegally registered. Dozens of other "residents" of 500 4th Ave voted absentee from overseas mailing addresses. Hundreds of other Precinct 1823 voters give as "permanent addresses" temporary homeless shelters. This is all questionable enough and an obvious potential source of vote fraud. But it gets worse.

As noted earlier (here and here), King County now reports a discrepancy of 3,539 more ballots counted than voters who voted. The manual recount precinct canvass combined with Wednesday's voter list reveals that there are 684 precincts with more voters than ballots and 725 other precincts with more ballots than voters, for something approaching 1,512 ballotless voters and 4,593 voterless ballots. [I'll go into more detail on this in a future post]. Precinct 1823 has the dubious distinction of being the precinct with the largest number of voterless ballots.

These are the numbers of the various kinds of ballots that were counted in Precinct 1823, according to the precinct canvasses of the three counts. The final line shows the number of voters who cast each type of ballots.

Count Absentee Polling Place "Add-on"/ Provisional Total Initial Count 173 60 111 344 Machine Recount 174 60 111 345 Manual Recount ? ? ? 343 Voters 168 59 45 272

In the manual recount, they commingled the various types of ballots so there's no way of knowing how exactly the 343 "final" ballots break down into Absentee, Polling Place and Provisional. What is clear is that there were about 66 more provisional ballots accepted from Precinct 1823 than there were voters identified as voting them. Countywide there are a net of over 500 more provisional ballots than provisional voters.

There may well be an explanation why the numbers of voters and ballots are still so far apart two months after the election -- especially in a precinct full of transients, unknowable overseas voters and illegal registrants. But the explanation will have to be a very good one. The canvassing board certified the vote count three times, with the countywide ballot total increasing every time without explanation. At none of these certifications did the canvassing board seem to care whether or not the number of voters reconciled with the number of ballots. This would seem to be willful ignorance, perhaps criminal negligence. If that is what happened, a number of "public servants" need to be fired, recalled and/or prosecuted.

King County Elections claims it will provide a final voter list by the end of next week. But at this point, none of us should trust them unless a team of observers is watching every step of the process. Posted by Stefan Sharkansky at

So let me get this straight. Bush won Ohio by 118,000 votes and a recount has confirmed it. Yet the pissy pants DUers and hard wing left nuts still scream about fraud despite the fact that there is not one drop of evidence.

Yet we're suppose to beleive that Gregiore's victory in Washington State is perfectly legit. The DUers are soaking in their own kool-aid in their own little hairy fairy world.

I think there should be a revote, there count be recounts both ways forever and no one's ever going to be satisfied if the courts choose a winner.

This same thing happened in Maryland back in 1994 when Democrat Parris Glendening "won" the Gubernatorial race against Republican Ellen Sauerbrey. AP actually declared Sauerbrey the winner with only 5% of the precincts outstanding. To make a very long story short, there were precincts where the number of votes exceeded the number of singed voter cards (the ones each person signs before voting.) Following the election, there was a challenge by Sauerbrey, but it was thrown out by a judge here in Maryland. This judge was elevated to the State Supreme Court just months later. Because the Republicans had a very small voice in Maryland, not much was made of it. Things are far different in this state now. Apparently, the Dumbasscrats are pulling the same stunt in Washington.

I remember it well. If not for O'Mally's cesspool and Mont. county, or I should say the fraud that goes with each of those areas, Maryland would still be a Majority Republican state. At least now we have a Republican Governor that doesn't take crap from the Dems or the left of the Republican party.

Imagine if Kerry had won Ohio by less than 250 votes and then in a recount, Kerry won by less than 50 votes. Only to have Bush win Ohio in the third count, by less than 150 votes. The dem's would be screeching for a revote.

Why is this any different???

Absolutely... I agree! If the tables were turned in this election and Gregoire had won the first two counts and lost the 3rd to Rossi, with all the replete examples of fraud and mismanagement, Gregoire & her fellow Demo-RATS would have been howling in outrage over the travesty. More so they would have gotten ringing endorsements of outrage from every national DemoRAT and the left-wing media would have trumpeting this story like you would not believe. What a bunch of CREEPS and RATS. RATS is a good term for Democrats... filthy, despicable, disease-laden vermin!

I wish that more Repubs across the country would rise up and support the need to Revote or Contest this stolen election in WA ...whatever it takes. DON'T allow the DemoRATS to steal this election from Rossi.

PS. I think that was a great letter by Governor Don Evans posted earlier.

The King County 'rat vote fraud effort succeeded.

Fortunately the 'rats aren't a well-oiled fraud machine like Chicago 'rats (yet); they left plenty of droppings which the Republicans (they found their spines!) will bring to court.

Comrade Cristine will not be governor.

For my congressional district, the Illinois democRats skillfully gerrymandered Chicago Housing Authority public housing properties into my neighborhood, following rail and utility right-of-ways, to dilute the conservative voice in my C(r)ook County suburb.

Which makes my congresscritter, Danny K. "Moonie Crown Bearer" Davis, and whichever 'Rat races for a State and/or National elected office; a shoe-in, given a remarkable 100% ‘Rat voter turnout from those CHA precincts.

Imagine this, between registration and Election Day, no CHA 'Rat ever dies from old age, gunshot wounds, drug overdoses, etc., or fails to vote because of work, hospitalization, incarceration, hangover, etc.

And in the 2000 election, those CHA voters cast their butterfly ballots 100% for AlGore. Imagine that.

The only Precinct Captain ever convicted for vote fraud was caught when Clinton ran for President. The Captain was convicted of running one ballot over and over through the counting machine, until Clinton won the Precinct. Caught because hundreds of his fingerprints all over a ballot. Now ‘Rats and RINOs wear latex gloves when counting ballots on election night.

This election was stolen.

However, if a revote is given, then Democrats will use this new tool to push for it every time and Democrats will gain from it a lot more than Republicans will.

Investigate the fraud and jail those responsible.
