Uhh, you have to admit the hilarity of a Libertarian writer resorting to ... LAWYERS and the court system! That is choice.

I think this is Bob's way of protesting what he perceives to be rampant censorship on FR ... by demanding that no one post his articles here.

Well, anyone who knows me knows that I am sympathetic to libertarians, especially in this age. I think you're correct, but I suspect that he protests the mindless ad hominem and invective that so often substitute for thought and argument here. Shouting "Losertarian" doesn't, after all, provide any intellectual argument.

However, it seems to me that it is still pretty contradictory for a libertarian to resort to a court system.

My advice, which is worth what he paid for it: chill. Thicken the skin. Any truth of his arguments will--probably--win out. May only convince one person, but that's enough. And, if not? Well, most are hopeless anyway and, if he has no defenders, the site will continue to degenerate to a monolithic statist view anyway.
