who really knows if she was "mentally retarded"?...I would never trust a Kennedy to tell the truth.....
do you know how many of us , meaning the world of people , are differant or slow or hyper or paranoid or drama queens or agrressive or very shy?......among the world of people, there are so many variances, and I am glad we'er not judged to be "mentally retarded" because of it....
