they sat on this only because they didn't want it to look like influencing the election.....I actually can kind of see that they didn't want that to happen but I'm glad to see that it is now center stage

My guess is that they knew that it would be seen as an attack on the Democrats to release it before the election and it could backfire. But now is the time to dismantle the Hildabeast's plans for 2008.

The target is Hillary, not JFK. Maybe this times the trial nicely with the good Senator's reelection campaign in 2006. The media will ignore this story as long as possible. But it will be hard for them not to cover the trial of a guy as prominent as Rosen, especially where Hillary's name keeps getting mentioned.

And, if we knock her off in 2006, she is finished as a presidential contender. The real issue is where will the trial occur. If in NY or LA, the chance of a conviction is almost nil.

My guess is that it has to do with the appointment of Gonzalez for AG. This is a warning shot across the bow of the Demonrat ship of State. Next, look for some Justice Dept. leaks of Demonrat voter fraud in Ohio.
