This is BAD NEWS! A soldier should never be without his loaded weapon, also policemen and pilots fit this list. I just had a chill thinking of the terrorist bombing of the Marine Barracks in Beirut.

You might also want to amend the list to include all law-abiding American citizens who wish to carry a weapon.
