Don't mean to be too picky, but Atheism actually is an absence of theology not ideology. An Atheist can have an ideology without having a theology (which is the basis of all "Divinity based philosophies"). For example, Buddhists are basically atheist because of the absence of a divinity in their philosophy, yet they are very ideological in their beliefs.
