It's basiclly the greatest edge anybody could ever have in any competitive endeavor: inept opposition...

Inept opposition is definately a bonus, but that wasn't the case yesterday. To say so is absurd!

Women..... in the other room!

I was amazed at the performance of Roethlisberger with the two interceptions and stunned at Doug Brien's missed field goals. These two guys were pretty great all season. I was rooting for the Steelers but cheered the performance of the Jets against a 15-1 team.

When that first kicked bounced off the the side of the posts, that was as much drama as I could ask for in a game. The following interception and such had me of the edge of the easy chair.

When the Steelers finally won it with Reed's kick I was jumping up and down.

It had to be just crushing for the Jets, though. They played as champs and deserved the same respect.

And regardless of Brien's previous performance, I sure as heck would not have been him walking into that locker room. They zoomed in on him as the game ended headed that way. All I could think was "DEAD MAN WALKING!". That's going to be tough to answer for back in New York.

What a great playoff game, even with the goof-ups.
