How's that joke go about the bleeding heart liberals who happen upon a victim of a mugging? They say something like, "This is terrible, how can somebody do something like this? We must find him so we can help him." :-/

Reminds me of what someone said about the soft on crime judge who got mugged. In his court room as he was sentencing a criminal, someone yelled: "Mug him again!" We could use more positive behavior reinforcement.
