The universities of America are infested with these rejects and losers. Their sole purpose in life (other than acting out their psychoses) is to poison the minds of young skulls full of mush, and recruit kids into following their whack-job agendas.

You may be right that the university has sufficient grounds for firing him. But I am hoping for more: that the university will get rid of him and his department.
