Actually, a better solution would be to just close down the whole department. It serves no purpose other than to provide easy courses for minorities to train to be radical activists.

Have you looked at the course offerings for this major? Instead of taking the regular core subjects that other majors require, the Ethnic studies majors only take minority centered classes, such as history of Black politics, instead of American history, literature is replaced by some minority authored literature. The education that these kids receive is so limited and narrow that it's not worthy of a university degree.
