I can give you another example besides the example of women with CAH. DES (diethylstilbestrol) daughters, in addition to the propensity towards cervical cancer, they have a much higher incidence of lesbianism than the general population of women.

Furthermore, rat experiments have been performed, where cyproterone acetate was administered to female rats at critical times during fetal development. Cyproterone acetate is a potent androgen blocker. The resulting male offspring had reversed sexual behavior. They behaved like female rats, exhibiting lordosis in response to sexual advances by male rats. This is evidence sexual behavior can be influenced in the womb.

Rats are not humans.

The human brain develops outside the womb after birth so mere physical development inside the womb is not enough.

Sorry but I have yet to see ANY credible developmental evidence as you cite.
