My pleasures were at weather deck level of a DE, DD, and AKA; except when looking at the big gray wall from the coxain's position of an LCVP or an LCM at age 14 - 16 as a Navy League Sea Cadet.
"Piracy" is becoming the new thing for terrorists.
They are practically unsinkable. BW has a promotional video that shows one of their boats being hit by an entire belt of 7.62 Nato ammo and still floating. There's another one where they unload on it with a .50 caliber and without a direct hit to the outboards, it can still be driven away.
You can literally take a chain saw to the hull, cut it in two, and both halves will still float.
Those 'pirates' have very good taste in raiding craft. Hell, the Coast Guard around here uses twin engive BWs.
If I ever go temporarily insane again and buy a boat, it's going to be a BW.
