Not to worry. You can kill with impunity in NY State. Even though we have the death penalty on the books the barely breathing DA Morganthal would never go for it. Pataki is useless. Why do we bother?

Oh yes, and as soon as they get out of prison (and they will) they will have their right to vote reinstated--unless it is given to them before they get out of prison. Please excuse me, I just came from the felons should be able to vote thread.
