I have noted in my long life that the most enviable possession in some's eyes is a happy disposition and life. The narcissistic person cannot tolerate another persons optimism, happiness, self satisfaction and friends. They hate the fact that some can love and they can't.

It's not that strange...it's highly symptomatic of liberalism. Wherever misery, poverty, pessimism and cynicism are rife, it is easy to get people to turn their lives over to the care of the big government overseers. Where happiness, hope, optimism and freedom run rampant, liberals tend to be agitated and frustrated at people's unwillingness to comply with their agenda.
