In short - Wayne County is likely to vote Thursday to ban all smoking in workplaces. Macomb and Oakland are going to push for it. Some in Lansing are pushing to ban it to all businesses including bars and restaurants. Some public health fascists want to push it to beaches, playgrounds, college dorms, and cars if kids are inside.
Robert Ficano vetoed the first Wayne County ban vote, but they are trying again.

Anyone know if any such private property rights case has been given a decent test in Federal court?
