Aren't they the ones to push i.p. v6, effectively isolating themselves from the current internet? If I'm not mistaken, I
believe they monitor all incoming traffic anyhow. Wouldn't want to plant any of those freedom and democracy ideas now.

well the first part is kinda wrong. Ipv6 is a solution to the Ip address number problem. As in they are running low.

But you are dead on with the second part. They want to censure what goes through.
