Actually .. it's time to march on the Congress and force them to reign in this rogue court. According to Mark Levin, Congress has the authority to regulate the COURTS - why aren't they ..??

Then we can march on the Senate and tell them to get a grip - and forsake their inviations to the Hamptons next summer and STAND UP FOR THE CONSTITUTION - for pity's sake!!

I'm glad that Levin is being proactive in pointing out this responsibility of the congress. I can't wait to read his book. This is the first step that should be taken. I guess the big fear of the weak-kneed wing of the Republican party is that this course of action might provoke a constitutional crisis. Maybe that's exactly what is needed.

Because they are a bunch of pansies. We can't even get Repubs to fight the filibuster or at the very least make the Dems ACTUALLY filibuster.

Not much chance of them going up against the SC.

We need to start hitting Congress in the pocketbook and at the voting booth.

Demonstrations might at least call attention to the "restless natives".
