A man apparently enraged by a Bush Cheney sticker on a womans sport utility vehicle chased her for miles and tried to run her off the road while holding up an anti Bush sign, police said.
Nathan Alan Winkler, 31, was freed on $2,000 bail Wednesday on a charge of aggrevated stalking which carries up to five years in prison.
Police said as Winkler chased the womans vehicle, he held up a sign that read, 'Never Forget Bush's Illegal War Murdered Thousands in Iraq.'
Michelle Fernandez, 35, said she is a registered Democrat who voted for President Bush in 2004

I'm glad Fox is correctly calling it "Bush Rage", the other news outlets were calling it "road rage" as though this was a traffic incident and wasn't a politically motivated intimidation tactic.

The tolerant left never ceases to amaze me. My Bush/Cheney sticker still waves proudly in the rear window of my "made in America" Nissan. I'm waiting for the one who tries to remove that sticker. I say "Go Ahead, make my day."
I think the calm mature minds in both parties need to urge the judge to make an example out of the attacker. No matter who you voted for, this country cannot allow people to attack other people over a mere bumper sticker. I can understand (but not condone it) if the woman had a prior heated arguement with the man, but she did not. She was minding her business driving and then have a maniac go off because he did not like the bumper sticker on her SUV. What if his immature outburst caused an accident and killed the woman. Is that what the Democrats want political discourse be reduced to? Democrats need to understand that GOP fanatics can return the favor and attack Democrat drivers too. This is not what America stands for.
