Michael Schiavo's lawyer is giving a statement live I believe at the courthouse. First he calls on people to pressure teh republican 9 NOTto support legislation to save Terri.
Next he says nurse who is on tv stating Michael harmed Terri "probably" is doing this because Michael was so demanding of great treatment for Terri. That sounds totally illogical. He doesn't answer her charges except to say they are ridiculous.
He just filed a new brief and has another brief due in a half hour he is about to take some questions.
Michael's attorney is a real ideologue he attacked many people who are trying to help Terri.
The mans a snake....period
Felos is a thug.
He does not have a client in Michael, he has his own personal cause.
A proper tack would have been to speak from compasion for a difficult of all inolved. Instead he speaks no all opposition is to him personally.
He says no indication of when Circuit Court will rule, claims Terri has "two days" during which tube can be reinserted safely. Says Terri is "stable, peaceful, calm" and not "fading fast" as parents reported. He also said Michael is suffering teh hardship of being at his wife's deathbed and this is compounded by all the mean public statements being made against Michael.
Felos is one of the biggest "death with dignity" proponents in Florida.

Says Michael is there at her bedside and will remain there "until Terri dies."
If there is such a thing as karma, I wouldn't want to be Felos.
Interesting. A good attorney wouldn't have answered those kinds of statements at all.

Not "ONE of the biggest", but "IS the biggest". Also, I believe he is THE biggest death (leave out dignity) proponent in the country!

Funny....he wasnt there when Terri's parents went in the other day....

The state's independent report said just that. Michael did demand great treatment.
Maybe as far as lawyers go. But that title is owned by Jack Kevorkian.
I was struck that he angrily attacked the nurse but said nothing to really refute her serious charges, except his illogical explanation that she was angry because Michael was so demanding for wonderful treatment for Terri. He also said the court "rejected" the nurse's affidavit. This Felos is a real carnival show with an angry edge.
Guess we know were his sentiments are. Poor Michael on the deathbed of his wife-never mind the fact that she is there BECAUSE OF HIM!
Isn't he or wasn't he involved with the Hemlock Society?
Felos does not want any more delays in his agenda.
Who will be next at the "order of the court"?
