He has a lifetime 98% rating from the American Conservative Union.

I couldn't tell you his stance on every issue off the top of my head, I think he may have had some issues with the NRA after Columbine.

He was diehard pro before Columbine, caved bigtime afterward with the gun show ban, then voted right on ending gun lawsuits later.

Columbine is his district, BTW.
