Congress HAS the authority.....Congress DOESN'T HAVE the guts
Some of them do - and we need to encourage them to go with it .. regardless of what the nattering nabobs say .. and regardless of what the dems or the NYT or the WAPO yada yada about.
Some of them are pure cowards - but most of them just don't know what their constituents really think .. AND THAT'S OUR JOB - TO TELL THEM.
