This is the body of the official press release. News coverage will hit in tomorrow's papers. I will be posting photographs below. It's key to note that the day after Mecklenburg Elected officials were denied the opportunity to speak prior to the NC House Committee meeting on the Mecklenburg Deconsolidation Initiative, Mecklenburg Activist Jack Halpern presented the case to a crowd of 400 FreedomWorks activists gathered in Raleigh.

This could mean that the educational choice brushfire will spread to other counties, and that more pressure will be applied to legislators outside of Mecklenburg.
