What about the new birth control for men that you put in your shoe?
It makes you limp.

While Mr. Kipling has talent with words, his premise is absurd.

Pick up any newspaper to see which gender is the killer and the raper.

Perhaps he's right about pit vipers and she-bears,

But walking in a dark alley, it's the man we all beware.

My snip job wasn't a big deal, but I was working a very dirty construction job that required climbing. It was a real pain to change out the bandages at lunch in a porta potty. Sometimes the where I had the stitches still itch.

Allright, enough talk about my nuts.

15 years of marriage and 4 daughters later, I don't have a clue what women want.

That's funny. I've been married 19 years and have 6 daughters and I'm not so sure I want to know anymore.

I have known several men who have had fraudulent paternity accusations leveled. In one case the state social worker insisted that he had to pay interim support based solely on the mother's word even though he had undergone a vasectomy years before.

I don't know if it's still the case, but as of a few years ago, in at least one state, a man had no legal right to request a paternity test (something about besmirching a woman's honor...).

As a woman, I could personally care less about this pill. I think it would be good for our society, if men would take it. The fewer unwanted pregnancies, the better.

However, I would never stop maintaining my own method of birth control. I would never trust a man to make sure I didn't get pregnant. That's my job.

The pill will help ensure that men only have children in the context that’s best for men--a stable marriage.

My daughters talked about BCG's while they were in boot camp, however, BCG's just don't work on women. When there are 100 women for 1000 young hormonal men, nothing is going to keep them at bay.

Bingo. For that matter, how many women do you know you would trust to take a pill everyday? Forgetting even one day of birth control nullifies its preventativeness for two to three weeks. Can't say I know anyone who meets the criteria of not forgetting a pill, ever.

Those who lurk in dark alleys aren't MEN, and barely classify as mere animals...

This certainly would make it easier to recognize the milkman's baby.

I adore that poem; A perfect description of a TRUE feminist, one who revels in her femininity and adores her role.

Like me! : ')

>>>Maybe I'm living in a vacuum or something. I'm super eager for children (my wife is currently pregnant with twins, believe it or not), and 90% of the guys that I know who are married want more children. It's the women who are typically resistant, from what I've heard. They end up being the ones holding the men back, and not vice versa.>>>

This is true in my case. We have had COUNTLESS arguments because I won't go get my tubal reversed and have more babies (we have four). He would love about two more, of course who would be getting up in the middle of the night??? LOL. Seriously, I keep telling him that I want to look forward to a time without little ones and then look forward to grandbabies.
