Just to set the record straight.
Amendment I states,
Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;
The key word is "Congress." And since the ratification of Amendment XIV, state and local government as well.
With that being the case, private property owners have no constitutional or legal obligation to let any one speak or for that matter to speak about any topic.

Wouldn't it be fun to send Coulter to Congress? Look out, Chris Shays.
Can you imagine Coulter debating ferret-head Barbara Boxer? Of course, anyone with a brain could whip Boxer in a debate.
Oh what joy it would be to see these fatuous asses dissected with a witty riposte. How utterly lovely that would be.

I would love to know who else has spoken there too. Is this college so backwater that they have been insulated from the public vitriol against Republicans, conservatives, and religious people by Democrats and leftists for the past 50 or so years?

I think old Father Dease might be a bit hypocritical. Guess who else has been a speaker there? Why it's lovable old
Al Franken Here
To: wagglebee
Ann Coulter spoke at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. . . calling Sen. Ted Kennedy "a human dirigible" and Sen. Barbara Boxer "learning disabled." That was excellent!

Great find. Now, I wonder if Franken said anything hateful and if President Rev. Dennis Dease commented on it.

I think old Father Dease might be a bit hypocritical.Yep. I had them pegged in the 60s ... the Free for Me and Mine but not for Thee and Thine crowd.They think that freedom of speech is their personal purvue.
