Wrongdoing for a cause? - Animal group is focus of law enforcement probe

Nassau County police and the FBI are investigating allegations that a radical animal rights organization that is on the FBI watchlist is waging a campaign of intimidation against a pharmaceutical company executive and his family on Long Island.

The Animal Liberation Front last week posted on its Web site a communique claiming some of its members followed the executive's wife to her job, entered her car, stole a credit card and funneled $20,000 of the family's funds to charities. The man works for Manhattan-based Forest Laboratories Inc., which also has offices in Commack, Hauppauge and Farmingdale.

There must be a misunderstanding here.

ALF is the victim of a right-wing crusade to deny them their rights to practice their ways without respect for the law or persons. (/sarcasm)

I hope they catch them and throw the book at them. Who do these left wing kooks think they are? They're actually hurting people for the sake of dumb animals.
